The creation of custom lighting in the form of functional high-end wire sculptures has been a lifetime goal for Herman. He discovered artist grade epoxy resin about three years ago and immediately set about developing techniques to mold, shape, and bind custom poured resin sheets to his copper wire frames.

 

The technique requires a tedious process of sewing each panel onto the copper wire frames.

The results were spectacular, and the future holds a promise of even more creative lighting designs.
